Stress is omnipresent in everyday life. Several studies have already shown that stress can lead to psychological problems and promote cardiovascular diseases. People suffering from an anxiety disorder or depression are also increasingly exposed to stress. It is therefore particularly important for people suffering from stress to find a way to cope with the pressure.

Too often stress is simply accepted and perceived as normal. Doctors at the American Mayo Clinic warn of this negligence. Because stress can contribute to severe cardiac arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation.
